Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation
Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details, including your unique booking reference number. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. All transactions are in MVR.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by You: Cancellations made 30 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in the full charge of the booking.
  • No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • Modification Requests: Modifications to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation by Maldives Premier Club
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay.

5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that any currency conversion fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any potential losses due to unexpected cancellations or changes in your travel plans.
